Where can I find documents for my tax return?

You can find the tax certificate in the frankly app and in the web version.

To download your tax certificate, please do the following:

In the app or web version:

  1. Log in via the frankly app or web and stay on your start screen.
  2. You will find the “Mailbox” tab further down in the app under “What do you want to do?”. Alternatively, you can simply open the window for your preferred product (pillar 3a) and click on the 3 dots to the right of the corresponding account. This will also take you to the “Mailbox”.
  3. In the web version, you will find your “Mailbox” on the right-hand side under “Quick Actions”.
